We’re a small, family-run business that pours love, care, and craftsmanship into every piece we send out. Because of that—and to keep things sustainable for both us and our customers—we encourage intentional purchases and do not accept returns on most items.

We lovingly ask that you double-check your cart before completing your order. Look at the item descriptions, measurements, and photos. Reach out if you have any questions—we're always happy to help before you hit “buy.”

To remain efficient, reduce waste, and keep prices fair, we do not offer returns or exchanges on most items. Please understand that:

Wooden Items, Sale Items, Orders with Discount Codes, and Blankets are NOT returnable.

All of our wooden products are handmade, and variations in color, distressing, or grain are part of their charm—not defects.

If you’ve simply changed your mind, consider gifting your item or donating it to someone who would love it.

While rare, damage can happen in transit. If your item arrives broken or incorrect:

We get to work quickly! If you need to cancel your order, it must be done before it ships. After that, it’s considered final.

Frequently Asked Questions
How soon does my order ship?

It depends on what you ordered:

Handmade Furniture: Typically ships in 2–4 weeks. Larger handmade cupboards may take 3–6 weeks.

Smaller Handmade Items: Usually ship in 1–2 weeks.

Florals or Home Décor: Most of these items ship within 1–3 business days.

Important: If your order includes both in-stock items and made-to-order handmade items, your order will ship all together once everything is ready. We do this to streamline shipping and protect your items in transit.
How do you ship?

We ship using USPS or UPS, depending on the size and weight of your package.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Tip: Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox — sometimes our emails land there!
How do you ship larger cupboards?

We personally palletize every large cupboard shipment to make sure it’s secure and travel-ready.

Larger pieces are shipped using small freight/trucking companies that specialize in curbside delivery.

Here's what you can expect:

Curbside Delivery Only (no inside delivery)

The shipping company will call you to schedule a delivery appointment.

Make sure someone is available to help you unload and bring the piece inside on delivery day — drivers are not responsible for carrying items indoors.
What if there is damage to my shipment?

While we pack with care, occasional damage during transit can happen. If it does:

Take clear photos of the packaging, pallet, and damaged product as soon as you receive it.

Then, call us right away so we can handle it for you. We’ll make it right.

Distressing Options
Many of our handmade pieces come with a choice of Light or Heavy Distressing so you can pick the look that fits your style best:

Light Distressing: Subtle and gentle — you’ll see wear just around the edges and knobs, like a piece that’s been lightly loved over time.

Heavy Distressing: Much more character! You’ll see more of the base color showing through, giving it that authentic, well-worn antique feel — like it’s been around for generations.

Wood & Humidity: Real wood lives and breathes! Due to natural humidity changes, wood can split or shrink over time. We do our best to prevent it, but sometimes Mother Nature wins. This is not a defect but a mark of genuine craftsmanship.
