According to Google Primitive is, "Having a quality or style that offers an extremely basic level of comfort, convenience, or efficiency." I can agree with that definition but I would also add to it! Primitive and Early American style celebrates the cupboards, tools, and home decor of early America. And because most of these antiques are still around today, they have aged with beauty and have become a piece of art. And that's what our furniture is, it has a purpose for you home and is also a piece of art. It's a piece of us, from Addison, handpicking out the wood, to my one-of-a-kind painting. Each piece is unique and it's own.
Primitive Furniture is all over the country but more so in the Northeast. These days its getting harder and harder to find. With styles and trends coming and going, we still see primitive as being timeless. This style can be intermixed with so many other styles!
